Feature Requests

We use standardized notes for different project types and it would be helpful if the project templates contained 'templates' for our different types of notes so that these don't have to be added manually each time a project is created.

Would like the option to "follow" a note and get notified if changes are made to it (maybe not every single change but once per day or something?). We have been using notes for productions and it would be nice to know when someone goes in to add information to it without them needing to actively share it in a group chat or something.

Currently, only Notes can only be archived by the owner. However, this creates an issue when the owner is removed from the workspace.

Would be great to incorporate context into the comment functionality so that you're able highlight specific text in a note and have a comment thread related specifically to that highlighted text. Similar functionality to Google Docs for example. Would greatly help collaboration when sharing notes.

Allow users to choose to archive or export a single note or the primary note along with the nested notes, rather than requiring the user to click each note to archive or export

In the notes list view, add an expand feature to show nested notes in a list. Include the same features in the nested note (3-dots) menu for delete and archive.

Ability to filter by title, project, and type of note (ie, recurring meeting note type).

Make it quicker and more seamless to add subactions to an action created within a note.

It's highly inefficient to have to be in a Hive Note to be able to share it. The ability to share should be added to the 3 hamburger dot menu on the main page.

Right now if a new staff member joins they need to be added to each note one by one. This is time intensive and not very helpful.
