Looking at a list of completed projects would be helped by being able to sort by status update date - when the project is closed, the status update date is stamped. if it remains closed, then this date represents when it was closed...but I can't sort on this column.

We capture a ton of information in our project custom fields and use these in reporting. Without any formatting options, it is currently a challenge to read these updates in the portfolio view.

I would like to be able to summarize several projects rolled up into a summary. To do this we should be able to show the status (ideally % complete) by phase. We have projects grouped into phases (Requirements, development, testing, etc). I would like to show in the summary views "Development is scheduled from X to Y and is ahead/behind schedule. See, summaryview attachment: Can not display by phases in a summary view. The work around of parent tasks-does not automatically adjust.

MindGym would like to have the ability to quickly select all parent level projects or all child level projects when using the Portfolio View. This is currently very manual and time consuming for those teams who have a long list of parent and child projects in their workspace.

I'd like to be able to see all action cards and their associated category/project filtered by a specific date range e.g this week, this month etc. This will help with our tracking processes.

When asked for a list of completed projects we had to manually unarchive everything to be able to export it. It would be great to be able to see analytics or at least a list of completed projects.

We now have the ability to share Portfolio views with users outside of Hive. AMAZING! But all the filters/sort options are disabled and no matter how I set up the view, Hive just seems to reorganize it randomly (maybe by project ID), making it pretty much not usable. This is the view we want to be able to show stakeholders and people higher up in the org, without requiring them to login or navigate to specific places. A Senior VP is just not going to login to Hive. But, if they cannot sort or filter the view, and I can't set it up for them in a logical format, then they can't use this.

currently you can sort by but not filter by actions in portfolio view. It would be helpful to have a filter for date and a filter for "N/A", completed actions and/or incomplete actions.

In portfolio view, add the ability to show the project percent complete (currently this is calculated and displayed in project home page), as one of the columns in portfolio view. Also, allow other project-level data to be shown as columns - including total tracked time, total estimated time.
