We need a way to automatically populate the estimated time a task will take using the Resourcing tool. For example, we know on average that a task in the ABC Project with a Task Type (custom field) marked XYZ will take 90 minutes. I would like to be able to automatically populate an estimated time of 90 minutes into all tasks with those attributes.

When putting in PTO in resourcing, allow for approval functionality. Ex: Every time a user puts in their PTO "request", their manager has to actually either approve or deny the request.

If we could have the ability to change at what percentage the resourcing view turns capacities red or blue and also change what those colors mean. For example, instead use a traffic light system - if we want percentages 0-80 to show green, then 80-100 show yellow, then 100-110 show red. This would better differentiate what the business expects their teams to be performing at and have more control over how urgent the data is showing.

It would be useful to be able to quickly add a task in directly in the resourcing view (similar to how you can in the My Tasks calendar). When I am looking for availability for tasks and appointments, this is typically the view I am using, so it would save some time.

Allow calendars to be created and assigned to resources, especially for the scheduling holidays in different countries and regions.

It would be helpful to see resourcing assignments related to the same project grouped together when reviewing user resourcing. We have many projects, each of which have multiple resourcing assignments over the course of the project. It would be useful to see the next assignment aligned with the previous, rather than shifted to a different location.

There is an empty "Project tags" filter option in Resourcing as of today, which would be a very helpful filter to have. It would be great to filter by custom fields assigned to a given project to further refine resourcing views to focus on particular kinds of projects at a given time.

Many users utilise the action card estimate when populating resourcing. It is especially prominent in template users. In order for this to pull to timesheets they need to also create a resource assignment. This is duplicitous. Allow users to toggle to action card estimates in the timesheet settings, same as resource assignments and action card actuals.

We have 50 placeholders and it would be helpful to be able to filter out place holders that are not relevant.

Our team would like the ability to update placeholder availability settings similar to how you can update user availability
