Action Card Level Time-Tracking Export in Hive Analytics
The current Time-Tracking export in Hive (within the Time app) is limited to projects that are active/unarchived, however the action card level data in that report is valuable for historical analysis purposes. The current Hive Analytics Time-Tracking overview dashboard provides high level summary data at the project level for all projects, regardless of the project being archived or not, but it doesn’t allow you to drill down into the time-tracked at the action card level. This feature request is to enable the ability to pull the Time-Tracking export that exists within Hive today, in Hive Analytics for all projects, regardless of the project being archived or not.
Admin/Member Levels of Access in Hive
We need to be able to restrict non-PM users to not be able to delete timelines, change dates, change/delete labels, and other setup features within Hive. It is creating additional work for PM's that have already established a workflow and setup for their projects. Sometimes this is intentional by users, most times inadvertent. Either way, we're seeking to have a difference in access between Admin and Members -- otherwise, there is no point to having two categories of users. On Action cards * Unable to adjust due dates * Unable to change/remove predecessors * Unable to change labels * Unable to delete a proof * Able to accept the review on behalf of the team * Able to re-assign an action to another individual or team * Able to complete an action (ie., change status / mark complete) * Able to upload a proof * Able to upload attachments * Able to comment For Approval Reviews * Unable to access the more menu (ie., add/delete a round, create/save a template, change required review response)
Remove all future time allocated once an action is marked complete
If a task is completed ahead of the actual deadline, the time by day should be adjusted to ensure no future time is still planned and/or that task should be removed from still showing in the resourcing tab and suggesting someone is still working on that action. Example below: 5 hours allocated for "Develop document" and allowance of 5 working days (M-F) to complete giving 1h/day resource allocation. If the action is then marked complete on the Wednesday, the 5 hours would automatically move to fall M-W, with Thursday and Friday then being clear of all hours assigned.
Automatically distribute assignment time if Time Off is placed
Currently, when you add a Time Off on top of existing Assignment in Resourcing, the time gets added. It would be very helpful if the assignment time gets equally divided to non-time off dates/weeks.
Remove numbers from markups on proofs
The numbers that appear beside proof markups serve no purpose and frequently cover up content on the proof itself, making the proof impossible to read
Add the option to only search for exact matches
Unfortunately, partial search is not effective for everyone. We would like to have the option for only accurate searches to appear. That'll be a good addition to the search options. Though it's not effective for everyone, at least the option is there.
Visibility/Alerts when resources are booked over project allocations
We need a way to see if a resource is booked over their allocation. Currently we can see if they are booked for more than 40 hours in a week but we need to be able to see if they are overbooked in terms of their allocation for a specific project. Resources are assigned to multiple projects. We are entering allocation at the project level so should be able to tie the total task estimates per project to the allocation for a given week. Seeing that they are over allocation in timesheet reporting is too late. We need to be able to get ahead of it and don't currently have any visibility into the hours we are assigning compared to allocation.
Keep emails in action card for deleted users
When a user is deleted, we need the emails they have added to actions cards to remain.
