Ability to prioritize projects and sort by project priority (not task, full project)

Can we allow multi select in List View in case if users want to make multiple edits at once? Like - Mark Complete, Follow/Unfollow, Move, Add/remove label, etc

I would love the ability to apply changes to multiple selected rows in the Gantt view, such as assigning tasks or inputting estimated time, and have those changes reflected across all selected lines. This feature would greatly enhance efficiency when managing multiple tasks at once.

If an action is started, some work is done, but then the action is canceled, it will allow us to preserve a record of this. The status can be changed from "in progress" to "canceled".

When creating a project from a template, we need an option to anchor the first action/milestone to the Project Start Date and then schedule everything forward based on the template’s relative offsets/durations. Today, Hive either back-schedules from the due date or preserves the template’s original “gap” (ex: template actions start in Sep even if the project starts in Jan). This creates manual date work, which is not feasible at 50+ projects/month. Template action/milestone dates should be treated as relative offsets/durations (to define total duration), not as fixed calendar dates that override the project start.

Ability to link existing Mail to Actions from the Action Card (like a button saying 'Link Mail' which opens a search pop-up), rather than having to go into the Mail app, find the email and link from there.

I would like to have real-time email notifications, such as a sound alert, for incoming Gmail messages when connected to Hive. This feature would allow me to receive immediate notifications for emails from specific senders or domains without having to open Hive Mail, enabling me to respond faster to client emails.

Allow work in progress forms to be shared with other stakeholders for input. Each started form should get a unique link so that it can be revisited if left incomplete as well as allow other authors to jump in if needed

I have workflows created by a user who is no longer with us, and I need to transfer these workflows to myself. Currently, there is no option to transfer ownership of workflows in the Workflows app, which is problematic because the workflows only function on projects the original user has access to. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows transferring workflow ownership to another user to ensure continuity without keeping the old user in the workspace.
