Similar to other form tools, it would be very beneficial to lock form submissions to a single attempt. This would prevent users from filling out forms repeatedly if we want to create something akin to a survey, poll or other form.

Customer feedback (verbatim-ish): "I've been playing around with the Form Submission Page a bit more. I was wondering if it is possible to have ‘Project Level Sections’ show on the page. We are currently using status for internal tracking of where things are at and I'm exploring the idea of using Project Level Sections as a way to tell external people where their project is at (Evaluation / Development / Production / Complete)." Problem External stakeholders need a clean progress signal; internal status is for internal tracking. Request Show Project Level Sections on the Form Submissions page (as a visible field/column per submission). Example stages Evaluation, Development, Production, Complete. Impact Better transparency and external communication for stakeholders viewing submission progress.

Currently, it isn't possible to share a direct link to a form for editing to a colleague. That means, colleagues have to search for the right form name manually which adds an extra step.

It would be helpful if Hive had the ability to copy a form across multiple workspaces.

This would help with forms where there will be different questions required/visible based on a few preliminary questions. Similar to a "choose your own adventure" type of question that prompts added questions, broken into different pages if needed.

Currently, the form URL is a random characters but it would be a great feature if an admin or form owner can customize the URL.

In the HIVE Form when you are in an incognito tab or are logged off it will require you to insert an email for the form to be completed. If you already collect email as part of the form this can create format and design issues since there is no real way to disable the email address collection question title " * Email"

Currently, the form submission only creates a project. It would be very helpful if the form can automatically become a child project.

To avoid using Automate, we need to use the "only create this action if" logic to route form submissions to certain projects depending on form answers (see screenshot) This works for simple requests based on one answer, but does not work if it needs to be based off of 2 answers. Ex "only create this action if: Data Request Type equals Corporate AND What International Region Are You A Member Of equals LATIN". Adding an "And" statement here should resolve this.
