Please add an UNDO function - I just selected a task as finished by accident. A simple undo function would be helpful (not only there but in general).

I realize this is a major wish list item and might not even be possible, but dare to dream, right? It would be amazing if there was a way to create a workflow that was triggered based on the input of a specific custom field.

When a user is removed, Workflows owned by said user are toggled off until a new user retoggles and takes ownership. I would like a module or warning to be able to proactively reassign this area

Would be great to have custom fields values as a conditions for workflows

it would be great if the action card is overdue past the assigned date to automatically change to overdue.

The ability to organize Workflows in the Workflows Library through folders or something similar. It's a powerful app and can be used throughout the whole workspace to power efficiencies in day to day business.

It would be a huge time saver and improvement if we could select a Team and have an email sent to all individuals that are part of that Team versus having to select/add each person individually.

Outlook is a much richer email client than Hive (no offensive). It would be great if Hive had an add-in for Outlook 365 that allow users to send an email action to Hive which would create a task in a Project (like most of the other PM base tools have). Thanks so much

Having a one-time workflow action for an action card. Use cases such as: to notify / create subaction / or action to a user once the action reaches a status. Please feel free to comment on other use-cases action-specific!
