Add a user preference to choose the attachment preview behavior: either the old ‘open and scroll’ style (single scrollable view) or the new proofing-style next/next/next navigation. The current pop-up preview is inefficient for quickly reviewing multiple attachments because it forces file-by-file navigation instead of continuous scrolling.

If an action is started, some work is done, but then the action is canceled, it will allow us to preserve a record of this. The status can be changed from "in progress" to "canceled".

Currently, when you create an action template, you cannot add statuses you want to the template. This would be helpful when you apply a template to an action and need a specific status added.

Currently anyone can create a new status in an action card. For folks who view "My Actions" using Kanban, there ends up being a huge number of statuses they have to scroll through to find actions assigned to them. Also, a new status is created whenever someone types something slightly differently (e.g., caps vs no caps). It would be great to be able to create a custom default list of most used statuses that could be selected for Action Card templates, and that could be prioritized to always be placed at the front of the "My Actions" Kanban view.

When action cards have a lot of comments, important information can get lost. It would be great if there was a way to pin specific comments so that they can be viewed right away, without having to scroll through the many comments.

Similar to status, requesting the ability to color-code fields in table view.

I would like the option to change the color of an action card, based on the phase it is in. This will allow me to quickly scan my project and know where each deliverable is in the development phase.

As a web developer, I'm frequently pasting links into comments and descriptions, and I'm a big fan of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency. In other programs like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc, the Cmd + K shortcut creates a hyperlink on selected text. My muscle memory is so strong that I keep selecting text in Hive, hitting Cmd + K, then pasting - but since the shortcut is not supported, I just end up deleting the text and replacing it with the link. I would love it if the keyboard shortcut triggered the same functionality as clicking on the link button in the text editor. The desired workflow would be: Select text to be used as a link Hit Cmd + K Hyperlink window pops up with the input field focused, ready for the link Hit Cmd + V to paste the link Hit Enter to finish

The ability to create multiple action cards that line up in a row, means I can see a task sequentially and will free up a lot of screen real estate and allow me to also see multiple tasks on the screen at a given time. At the moment then each action card for a task occupies its own row below the task title row. This can take over my entire screen, rendering the calendar / screen useless for managing multiple tasks.

It would be very helpful if a project owner had the ability to undo actions taken by project members. We have had multiple instances of users incorrectly marking a parent task completed, completing all subtasks, and putting the owner in the position of moving it back to incomplete and picking through the subtasks to fix which ones are complete and which are not.
