Add support for a URL to be entered in to proofing rather than a website proof.

In Compare tool, when two files are open side-by-side, the X to close the file is not visible. You have to extend the size of the window past your visible screen in order to close the file on the right side of the window. This is cumbersome and slows progress. We are using the web version of Hive, but this also happens in the App.

Add a pop-up after a new proof is uploaded that reminds user to take action: Request Approval etc. The current button is easily missed, and the approval sits without action.

Currently, PNG & JPEG proof files, once uploaded, will be downloaded as PDF format when you download the original. The use case is that the final file, when it has no changes, is downloaded directly from proofing to send to client, etc. Now since the JPEG is converted to PDF, it is not useful and has to be re-saved or re-exported from the design program.

It would be beneficial for reviewers/users to have additional approval options, such as review declined, rejected or skipped. By selecting this option the approval request would be removed from the "Awaiting your approval" list.

We use rounds and stages to move our projects through teams/departments, having to scroll down a list of completed stages and rounds to see where a project currently stands is tedious. Would love to be able to sort this list so the most recent is at the top.

It would be great feature to provide a proofer that can add an url to markup. A good example is https://www.markup.io .

Please consider adding interactive checklist templates that can be viewed at the same time as reviewing a proof, so that reviewers can check off the specific things they need to review as done/approved at the correct time. Adding an option within the approval function to uploaded and add signatures directly to the documents, similar to adobe sign. It could be similar to adding a stamp, but instead an actual signature. At the moment we have to download, add signature, and reupload the document.
