Feature Requests

I’d like to request an option to remove or hide the “Stages” feature in the Proofing & Approvals app.

Ability to set a default approval template so that every new round of approval on an action card automatically uses the selected template, without needing to manually apply it each time and without pre-filling every action card with all possible rounds.

It would be great if the user could filter so they can only see open approvals.

It's difficult for teams to plan their workload since approvals for review are only visible when you submit the request. It would be ideal if approvals could be visible.

I would love the ability to customize the email message when sending out a proof for review/approval. I work as a project manager in a centralized university marketing department and we do a lot of one-off projects, where the clients may have no idea what Hive is or what the expectation is for proofing is (number of revisions, etc.). It would be nice if when asking someone to approve you can add a fill and sign area that automatically fills in their name and date when they hit the approve button. Adding a fill line that gets auto-populated when they approve

I often need to type in the same eMail adresses. So it would be nice if there is an autofill. or a data base with possible eMail adresses to choose from? Or the email adresses which are in the action mentioned.

Be able to filter to remove completed rounds to have a better snapshot of what is active. Additionally, it would be great to download this file as Excel, to keep the conditional formatting, if it isn't possible to add the filter.

We would like the ability to see how many times a due date was changed on an action by action basis.

Currently, Proofing and Approvals notifications are only sent by email. We would like the ability to send approval needed notifications via Slack
