Feature Requests

I would love the ability to customize the email message when sending out a proof for review/approval. I work as a project manager in a centralized university marketing department and we do a lot of one-off projects, where the clients may have no idea what Hive is or what the expectation is for proofing is (number of revisions, etc.). Be able to filter to remove completed rounds to have a better snapshot of what is active. Additionally, it would be great to download this file as Excel, to keep the conditional formatting, if it isn't possible to add the filter.

I am looking to see how many items I've reviewed in a given time period. Right now, the tool only allows me to export every item that has been reviewed for all time. I would like to ask for the ability to filter approvals by date ranges and by assignees (on top of projects). This feature already exists when exporting Summary Views -- it would be massively helpful for exporting Approval Reports too. Thank you, Jay

Would be helpful to get an email and notification when an item that you have requested approval on has been approved. Right now I get a notification when someone is reviewing something, but not always a notification when they have finally approved something. It would also be great if there was a view in my actions where you could get a status report of all the items that you have requested approvals for.

Currently, the approval view shows all approvals so the view can get very messy. It would be great if a user can only see items being worked on and being able to filter down to specific users.

Currently, Proofing and Approvals notifications are only sent by email. We would like the ability to send approval needed notifications via Slack

Currently when a project is complete, my team would post the final files in our PM system for the client to view. Hive doesn't have that feature so we would like to see how an automated email can be sent from Hive to the client when files are final and ready to be used by the external client.
