Schedule "request approvals"

It's difficult for teams to plan their workload since approvals for review are only visible when you submit the request. It would be ideal if approvals could be visible.

Additional context:
Overview
Team members who spend most of their time reviewing work (such as strategy directors, content managers, and copy editors) currently have no visibility into upcoming approvals in Hive until those approvals are triggered by the task owner. This creates significant challenges in managing workload and meeting deadlines, especially when multiple approvals arrive at once with short turnaround times.
Problem
Because approvals only appear in reviewers’ My Actions view after they are triggered, reviewers can be blindsided by a high volume of last-minute review requests. For example, a copy editor working across multiple accounts might receive 15+ review requests in a single day with little advance notice, making it difficult to plan their week or manage priorities effectively.
Requested Solution
Allow approval rounds that have an assigned reviewer and a due date to appear in the reviewer’s My Actions view before they are triggered. This visibility would give reviewers a clearer view of their upcoming workload earlier in the week, helping them plan ahead and ensure timely delivery.

More context: For team members who complete a lot of reviews, being able to see what is coming up would be very helpful. We pre-populate the review workflow with dates and team members, but they are unable to see this until the review is actually initiated. Being able to see pending reviews before they are kicked off would be an extremely beneficial and valuable update in how we utilize Hive.
