Wrap Text in Gantt Columns

The Phase / Action column in Gantt can be difficult to read when there are long action titles. The column can be resized, but that limits real-estate for the chart itself on the right hand side.

Wrap text would be great. Also being able to extend the text horizontally beyond the action's date box would be a nice option.
