When copying timesheets from prior week, give option to not pull in projects with zero hours entered

When we use the "copy" from prior week function (timesheet) and then complete/submit my timesheet for approval, it is sending the projects where hours are logged AND it also sends the projects where 0 (zero) hours are logged. Can we have only those projects which have time recorded on the timesheet sent to the approver?

Those projects with 0 hours also show up in reporting which is confusing for the user
