view 0 hour estimates in resourcing app

It would be great to have the option to view any actions with a start/end date in the resourcing app - even those with a 0-hour estimate.
the resourcing app is my home base, but sometimes we do not have an hour estimate yet for actions. I have to add a 1-hour estimate to every action so that it can stay on my radar (Aka the resourcing app).... it's both an added click and frankly, sometimes a thing I forget.
I could see this as a filter option -"Show 0 hour actions" or something to that effect.

It is my understanding that for an Action Card to show in Resourcing it needs to meet three requirements: 1. An Assignee, 2. A Date, 3. An amount of time set in Estimated Time. I REALLY WISH the Estimated Time was not a requirement! We often have to add more action cards for work that comes up but it is not part of the original scope of work. There is not time remaining in the budget to assign to the action card, but the action card is needed. Sometimes, this is a Milestone action card, and Milestone's don't even need any time, we just want to mark an action, or perhaps an action and the date. I want to put Due Dates in Resourcing without the Due Date action card having any time on it.
