April Lowenberg / 17: If you have a column sorted, hold 'shift' and click the other column that needs to be sorted. Does that work on your end?

Kelley Bunge: It works in the moment to shift and choose column order for sorting but in a summary view table, I created a preset (a large group of people uses this view and it keeps shifting columns/order/sorting) and at first it works. However, when I messed with the columns/sort and then re-did the preset everything worked except it then placed importance on the due date column over other columns I had previously wanted sorted before due date. I can follow up with a support ticket or email with screenshots if that helps. Thanks!

April Lowenberg / 17: The order of importance for the sort goes left to right (in terms of column order), so I would recommend placing the columns that you want to be sorted first before the due date column. If that doesn't help then yes please reach out to the support team!
