Summary Views: Share with ALL

You used to have a bubble to share a Summary View with All staff. You took that away, and now I am left with a "Select all" option in the user picklist. The problem with that is, Every-Single-New Hire. I have to go into Every-Single-Summary View that is intended for all staff to add them. Please just give me my All bubble back. Thanks
Bonus Request: The save notification that a "Summary view has been update" appears above the Edit View button/link. That means that I have to close that notification before I can edit the next summary view. Please have that notification popup 1-line lower, so it doesn't block the menu buttons/links.

My solution to this is to have a team with all members. I share the summary with that team and update the team as needed. The team starts with a ~ so I can add them when sending the new hires invites.
