Show when an assignee is out of office directly on action cards

When someone is assigned to an action and they're out of office, anyone opening that card should see it right away - not only when they assign or @mention them or when a date changes.
Need:
- A clear indicator on the card showing which assignee(s) are out
- The return date (or date range)
- Visible to everyone who opens the card — not a one-time notification
