Searching Actions For Dependencies

When setting up dependencies in an action card, it would be helpful if we could search by not only action name, but also project name.
And the actions within the same project as the one adding a dependency to should appear first.

I've found that when I try to search by project in the dependency pop-up on the action card, it doesn't matter what project I select, it never actually filters the options
