Search/filter projects in project navigator by custom fields

They have a large # of projects and they are organized by custom fields. Would like to be able to sort/search by these fields.

Estela Assaf: currently this only works in the projects tab to look for a specific custom field, not in the search bar to search for a custom field value. It would also be helpful to be able to group by fields in the Project Navigator.

Ability to filter by any field (custom or Hive provided) in the Project Navigator would be great. Status field is one we'd like to filter on especially.
