Save for Later Option in Forms

This came up because our sales team fills out a monthly highlights report for us, and as you can imagine it’s fairly lengthy. They have suggested it would be easier if they could start the form early on in the month, record highlights as they happen and save that work in between with a way to access their own form and go back into it multiple times before it is submitted for review.

Hi Sherry Shifflet! This will automatically happen there is no setting you need to enable. Any fields filled out in a form are saved automatically when you close the form. When you reopen the form in the same browser on the same device the answers you had previously filled out will repopulate.

This feature could also be useful for form submitters that need other team members to review the form details prior to hitting submit. Essentially a way for two or more people to collaborate on a form submission prior to submitting.
