Remove the default project custom fields from the resource entry pop out message.

Please remove the default project custom fields from the resource entry pop out message or at least offer the option to disable them. These are confusing when they are blank for resource managers, even when populated may not be relevant to the resourcing flow and clutter up the pop out message.
