Pin post to the top of News feed

I would like to use this as a hub for training documents, policy updates, etc.

I need the ability to organize links on the right, search links, and search posts.

Specifically I would love to see the ability to have a News overview page where you can see the different sections of bulletins, similar to the projects overview, as well as the ability to create your own header instead of just selecting a pre-existing one.
