Currently, you can set people's work days (+hours per day) in settings, however this does not reflect across to resourcing view visually, beyond showing they are at capacity that day. Suggest making this more visual – ie – have the day greyed out like weekends, or some visual representation showing that they do not work on that day. (think part time employees)
