When a user has his or her HIVE status set to “out of office”, when he or she is added to a round/stage the OOTO status isn't apparent. Likewise, the PM who set up the round doesn't get any sort of notification or popup so we're struggling to find the benefit of updating your status in HIVE. However, if a user’s status could be visible when setting up rounds, we think that could be incredibly helpful to the PM team

Comment: The message need not be linked with the calendar. It can be a popup message on approval routes that the user is OOTO.
