Only allow project members to update/delete actions that are only assigned to them, not others. (Project Owners can edit/delete/update all).

A project team member should only be able to update or delete actions assigned to them, not another member. Allowing any member to delete or update another team members action within a project is a huge risk. It is too cumbersome to look through delete logs and recovery a deleted item that was done inadvertently especially since we have not found the workspace activity logs to be highly reliable.

— restrict changing the status
— restrict editing of action cards
— restrict editing of action due date
— restrict deletion of action cards
— restrict marking actions as complete
