Move Notes/ tasks to new agenda / meeting notes

I have outstanding tasks from the previous meeting, that would be good to move to the new meeting so we can keep better tabs on what has been left behind, rather than deleting and assigning new tasks each time!

If an entry is linked to a recurring (Zoom) calendar event, the contents of the last entry will be copied over to the new entry automatically.

Maria Steger: This isn't the request. While that does sounds useful. This doesnt provide a wider functionality for common use, this only sort of gives it to you if you use it in a specific way, thats not giving users a product that is then intuitive, it makes it feel buggy and forcing workarounds.
For clarity, this assumes notes are only used for meeting agendas, and it's linked with calendars and with zoom, for us we are also using notes for more specific elements of tasks because projects are too slow and get overwhelmed with so many action cards. additionally if this is copied, does it also copy actions? not just agenda notes?
Would it then duplicate the action which means you have two action cards for the same task/action in my actions, clogging up the system. This doesnt sound like a fix. Please could the status be changed unless I am incorrect, but trying it now, it doesn't work intuitively or how has been suggested in the original post, sorry if that lacked clarity or detail.

Hello Nico Lockhart, I apologise and I agree. It would be great if we could decide whether or not we'd like to copy over content. We, for instance, often have to delete content that has been automatically copied over. We have become very used to work-arounds, but you are absolutely right, it's much better to have a proper setting.
With regard to your question: Actions are copied over as well. Since actions "live" in projects and are only linked in notes, having the same action in several notes or note entries will not create duplicates.
