Make Summary Views Separate from Projects

Users often struggle to find Summary views. I suggest making them their own app/area so you would see "Resourcing", "projects", "Summary Views" down the left panel, instead of having to click into projects then find Summary views.

When a summary view is pinned, it looks the same as a project. Distinguishing between the two would be helpful in case two of them have the same name (e.g., Product Roadmap project and Product Roadmap summary view).
