Right now it's just action name, but if you have (like we do) a ton of the same action name, need a more robust way to find a card (i.e. Project name would be great)

John Furneaux: Hi John. Please can you tell me what the improvements are on this feature. I can see that you have implemented 'recent actions' listing in the search window, but is there any other improvement. Might be me, but I cannot see any? Users need to be able to search Project Name or ID + Action name, is this going to be possible. Thank you.

John Furneaux: Please fix this. HIVE desperately needs this feature to work as I’m not having it undermines the excellent ongoing integration of email and the usefulness of templating. To clarify. As the search does not pick up the parent project name users cannot identify which of the same name tasks generated via templates an email should be linked to. In summary it makes HIVE unworkable for users running more complex and multiple projects who work a lot with external parties via email - which still dominates the business world. Please fix this ASAP. 🙏

Yorick Benjamin: Hi Yorick. I personally messed this up as I chose an approach that was in fact technically not possible. I will resolve this. To check, if you could choose the relevant project in a dropdown in that search, does that meet your needs?

Perhaps it could it include Action and Sub Tasks as currently possible in Portfolio view? Especially as sub tasks are also searchable now in link email to an action searches, which is really good. I appreciate that it may be difficult with the current underlying architecture in Hive but if Boolean search could be introduced sometime in the future throughout Hive that would be great. When Actions show up in a dropdown, I need the parent action name. I have the same set of actions for each integration project I do, and the same set of sub-actions for each department within the project. So I have "Establish Connectivity" as an action in each project. Also, I have a set of sub-actions that flow under "Department X" so when I'm trying to link actions within one parent Action, I have no way of knowing which parent action the item in the dropdown goes to because there are multiple copies of "Execute Unit Testing" and "Execute UAT Plan". I'm not sure how often I would need to link to another project, but at the parent Action level, I could see that possibly happening.
