In Kanban views (team, status, label), provide option to hide columns without actions

For projects with large teams or complex label systems, particularly, it would be helpful to be able to see only the category columns that have active actions so that we don't have to scroll through large amounts of empty columns to find actions.

Would this be the case for My Actions in kanban view as well? 
Would be interested to understand how it will function, will it be collapsable or will it be like toggling on or off a filter? As what happens when you do want to move it to a column that has 'disappeared'.
How will it work with filters on as well?

When viewing a summary view in Team View, as the PM you want to see all projects and who is assigned work, but NOT see people who don't have anything assigned yet.

We want certain labels to still be available for actions and subactions in a project, but still-unused labels only add clutter to a view. It would also be very helpful to have the option to hide unused labels in Gantt view (when grouping by label).

This would be very helpful for us. We have a project where only 5 users will actually be assigned tasks, but we need to have all users have full access to the project, because everyone needs to be able to be an approver. This means we have 40+ columns in this view when we just need 5. As an alternative, the ability to manually choose to hide certain columns in kanban views would also solve this issue.

We would love this option - we have a large list of labels, but only need to see specific labels for specific projects, so an option to hide empty columns would help with this.
Also when viewing by assignee or status, hiding empty columns would make the UI more clean and compact.
A collapse option would be ok too -  either auto-collapse empty columns or a control on the column heading to collapse or hide.
