Currently, the volume of notifications makes it difficult to separate high-priority updates from general noise. This creates a risk of m
1.Messages vs. Action/Project Notifications – All notifications are grouped together, making it hard to distinguish urgent project actions from casual messages.
2.Thread Replies Visibility – Replies to threads do not mark the main group/message as unread, causing them to be buried among other notifications.
- Overwhelming Notification List – Important updates can get lost in a long list of lower-priority notifications, potentially missing critical information.
Suggestions/Thoughts
Separate Messages notifications from Action/Project notifications for clearer prioritization.
Ensure thread replies surface properly (e.g., mark the conversation unread or highlight them more prominently).
Provide better filtering or prioritization tools so critical notifications always stand out.
Adding the ability to "snooze" a message would also be helpful in this scenario, and a place you can reference all of your snoozed messages.
