I propose integrating the search feature in Notes into the main search function so that we can search in actions, comments, messages, notifications and notes simultaneously.

+1 we just signed up for a trial and hive checks literally every box I've been looking for to manage my agency for years, but the fact that notes are a separate app essentially (separate nav) and you can't search for them makes it hard sell to switch from Basecamp which has great universal search to find any object type in any project.
