Currently, all weekdays are shown in white for all users regardless of their availability. Please grey out the unavailable days for each user, as per their work week availability. The grid currently presents all users visually available on all days; this is misleading and unhelpful in managing work schedules. The grey cells already exist for weekends and holidays.
