Customers need more control over Proofing & Approvals email notifications.

Current issue: users may receive emails when they send an approval request, even though they already know they initiated it. However, they do not consistently receive the more important outcome-based emails, such as when an approver approves, approves with changes, or requests changes.

Requested improvement: add granular notification settings for Proofing & Approvals so users can choose which approval events trigger email notifications.

How would this help? This would reduce unnecessary emails while making sure users are notified about the approval outcomes they actually need to act on. It would improve proofing visibility and make approval workflows easier to manage without requiring users to manually check Hive.
