Followers on Templates Transfer to Projects

This will allow people who need to follow certain tasks for each project be set up as a follower in the template and a follower for all projects that use that template.

Yes! I have monthly tasks that I attach my manager to as 'follower' so she receives status updates, but I don't want her to be owner.
Currently no way to add her as following on templates.
