We need to track the time to complete for a multi-step process. Some users tasks are blocked by other users but the time to complete metric tracks both the time the task was blocked and unblocked before completed.

Adding a filter for time to complete dashboards to filter out blocked time would solve this problem while still allowing companies who want to track the overall time a card was open to continue monitoring that information.
