Most agencies use approvals to drive project completion. Departments need to manage their teams to optimize completion of requests. The Approvals View is currently the only view that offers insight into this workflow. For the Editorial department, they are interested in the following features to optimize the view for their department tracking.
Ability to sort other fields, especially by approver: Departments need to filter this view by Teams/individualsFor Team Reviews, show who has accepted on behalf of the Team: It‚Äôs not enough to know the team has the assignment, we need to know who picked up the assignment itself to understand current workflowShow only active routes instead of all projects with routes: Though the latest round appears on top, it doesn‚Äôt mean that the round is still active. It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to default or sort by Complete/Incomplete Rounds (or something along those lines)Show due date and time of the stage: ¬†The Approval View should reflect the information contained within the stage and this is currently missing. This deadline would help PM and any other manager see if anything is overdue or has been sitting too longIt would also be helpful to¬†list the action card date in Approvals View as the higher level date for all the rounds to ladder up to as setting stage due dates/times may not be realistic for the effort required
