Can we not auto archive notifications when I click the banner, it will make it easier to revisit if I need to

In group or direct chats I get notifications when tagged which is great, however as soon as I open the chat the notification gets cleared from the notification window. This is not good as I can open a chat by opening a job and all notifications get cleared and are gone.
The chat notifications need to remain in notification window so I can track what has actually been reviewed and I will archive when that task is finished. Same as how other notifications work.

Unfortunately, notification behaviour is inconsistent: message notifications disappear automatically, while action card notifications have to be archived manually.
This should be consistent across all notification types and configurable by the user.

Yes! We have noticed that if you have hive opened (even if you're not looking at it) the system assumes you read the mention or the mention notification and it automatically goes to archive. This happens frequently when you're working with more than one monitor
