Restricted members can view shared/owned dashboards. They cannot create or edit, and there is no toggle for it (CRM and Finance have one). Kent’s Restricted owner + “show creator’s access” hid cost columns and the Place widget prompt. Workaround: promote them or transfer to an admin but this is not always feasible.
