Dark Mode: Color Legibility

I tried out dark mode, and I think it has some kinks to work out. I numbered my screenshot to correspond:
- I think the card background needs to be darker than the app background so that medium tones are legible on cards. There's currently too little contrast and dark mode feels harder to read as a result.
- The gray icons/text on the card background is very hard to read.
- For projects that have very dark colors assigned, admins should have the ability to assign an alternate color dark mode since there's no way to know which team members are using light/dark mode and both need to be legible.

Text colors are also not translated well in dark mode on Notes.

To add to this - sometimes action descriptions are unreadable - could it auto-detect and swap darker/lighter font colours?
