Pull all projects of a specific kind (project custom field value or project tag) into a summary view automatically (ie you don't have to update the summary view every time a new enterprise customer comes on)

As a user, I want to filter my summary view by project custom field to enable me to. make use of the data therein segmenting my projects and producing roadmaps in Gantt where necessary.
This is critical for slippage reports where Hive does not baseline the original start of a project and the actual start date. Current baselines only support task level baselines, not projects. This is fundamental to programme management.
