Collapse Rounds in Action Cards

If a piece routes for a number of rounds, the rounds on the action card can get very long and cluttered. It would be nice to be able to collapse previous rounds so that users can only focus on the round at hand. Or can the latest round appear on top rather then having to scroll all the way down (decending)

Automatically collapsing past approval rounds (regardless of the responses populated by the team) will reduce the amount of space within an Action Card. It also will allow for a more organized appearance when there are multiple rounds within an Action Card.

It would be great to have the auto collapse and the option to unhide it if we needed to!
