Sometimes when you have a list of things to do, you don't want to create a bunch of tiny "sub-actions" in Hive... you just want a list that you can access and check off. This would be a great feature and keep the interface from getting too cluttered. Also as project managers, it sure gives us a lot of satisfaction to check those boxes!

It's great that we can include actions in Notes.
However, sometimes it may not be necessary to create an action and it would be quite helpful, e.g. in a meeting agenda or minutes, to have simple checkboxes that can be easily ticked when discussing an issue.

It would be great if the checklist on a card could be a separate section and that you could assign people to that piece so they could click off their piece without marking the entire card done. This is how Trello works. The advantage of this versus using sub-actions is that it is cumbersome to flip through all the subactions to see how decisions were made and why things changed at the lower levels of subactions.

Finally. Checklists! I've been waiting for one of these. Would be nice to save a checklist to a template too :)
