Allow users to filter more in the Approvals View

Currently, the approval view shows all approvals so the view can get very messy.
It would be great if a user can only see items being worked on and being able to filter down to specific users.

Note: the view currently does not accurately show the outstanding approvals. So the change I'm suggesting would just be to enable the tool to work as it says it is supposed to in the Help page in Hive.
