Allow shared/group email inboxes to be shown under Mail
Shared inboxes (such as firstname.lastname@example.org) often contain emails that need to be linked to action cards. Currently, one needs to forward the email to their personal inbox so they can link it to an action card.

It would be great if you could build a Workspace App for this. I mean, a shared inbox between all users where everyone could read and assign emails to tasks

Your website lists shared/multiple mailboxes as an existing feature, but when I couldn't figure out where to add the addtional email account(s), I reached out to support and was advided that this feature has NOT launched yet. This is a mandatory feature for our company. Do you have an eta for the release?
