Shared inboxes (such as general@company.com) often contain emails that need to be linked to action cards. Currently, one needs to forward the email to their personal inbox so they can link it to an action card.

Your website lists shared/multiple mailboxes as an existing feature, but when I couldn't figure out where to add the addtional email account(s), I reached out to support and was advided that this feature has NOT launched yet. This is a mandatory feature for our company. Do you have an eta for the release?
