Currently there are no restrictions on creating statuses and labels in projects. Often times users will make an "in progress" status when "In Progress" already exists. Same with labels, two labels created by two different users that are named two different things but are meant to serve the same purpose. Over time unwanted statuses and labels build up. Admins have no way to seek these items out for clean up because they can be in projects admins don't have access to.
* Give admins global access to view all statuses and cards assigned to those statuses (to edit or remove unwanted ones)
