Adding an option to select certain users with the Dynamic Users in Forms

I'd like to be able to select certain people to appear on a question in the forms when using the Dynamic User Form question.

This would be extremely useful for us.
When using Dynamic Labels we are able to limit the labels that are shown but are unable to do the same for Dynamic Users. The issue we face is that often times there is communication happening within that project which adds more users to the project and results in those people now crowding the drop down menu within our form.
It would be far more useful to select and limit what users appear when using this field in a request form.
