Add Expand All in List View

Currently, List View does not have Expand All to show all subactions. Can we add Expand All feature?

The feature is well hidden and easy to overlook. Maybe make it a bit more prominent?

The “Expand all / Collapse all” function is now visible, but it does not appear to be working (I tested it with grouping by priority level and by project).
Additionally, when the list is grouped by priority level, all sections open expanded, except for “None” (no priority level), which seems inconsistent.
