At the moment there is not the ability to specify 'parent project' in the project template, meaning that new projects created from the template via HiveForms are do not have the proper nesting and instead sit at the top level.

It is then an additional step for someone in Hive to have to come in and nest properly after the project has been created. If we can specify 'parent project' in the project template, then this additional step would not be necessary
