Ability to send a Dashboard Externally

Dashboads are great and we would like the ability to have then sharable externally to keep others in the loop and allow people to see the information without logging in.

I still cannot share the table widget externally. Is this by design or was it an oversight? I was told I can use the actions list widget in place of this, but it does not allow me to select placeholders as assignees like the table widget does so my filter options don't work for the action list widget
