Ability to opt out of "Here's what you accomplished" emails

In the notification settings, it would be nice to have the option to opt out of the weekly "Here's what you accomplished this week" email. Some people like this email, but others don't find it valuable because it's not actionable and adds to inbox clutter.

Agreed, I receive this every week, and as the Project Manager, I know exactly whats been completed :) don't need a reminder email showing me all the approvals I gave the week prior.

we want this turned off for all users, with the ability to be turned on.
