Ability to individually Pin "Forms" vs Workspace Pinning

It would be great to be able to pin forms in our individual view vs workspace view. Currently whenever a user Pins a "Form", it gets changed for all users in the workspace. Ideal behaviour is to have the Pin of "forms" work in a similar way of Pinning "Projects" based on individual preference.

When you pin a form, currently they show up on the '+New' button in your workspace. We have various teams requiring many different forms or none at all. When a form is pinned, it shows up on the '+ New' menu for the entire workspace. I would like to propose that this feature is updated to work like the pinning function in the case of projects where what the individual user is pinning only shows up for them. Additionally I would like to add that forms can also be pinned to the left hand column where projects and apps can be pinned as well.

This would be great to make for a more efficient user experience. In our organization, we use forms every day. It is nice to have those frequently used easy to access by individual preference or project as noted in another comment.

Or have then pinned per project if some forms are destined to be used on certain projects
